Hey again, folks! Haven't had many opportunities to post lately because school has started and I've been swamped by homework and assignments, and when I'm not dealing with schoolwork, I'm usually too tired and lazy to do anything. Anyways, Animal Jam's 9th anniversary of being officially released is on September 9th (turning 9 on the 9th, i guess), so you know what that means! There's a new birthday cake item! I feel like this would be common sense for anyone who has been playing AJ for more than a day, but you can obtain it through the code "AJBDAY9". Hacker Update + Unreleased Headdresses?

Yo, Jammers! I think I've got an update on the hacker dude, and I'd like to thank Wikia user Midnightmoonlight1 for bringing it to my attention via a post on the AJ Item Worth Wiki (ye i've been using it a fair bit lately to find out what my items can go for and stuff). So, as it turns out, he's got a YouTube channel and found some unreleased headdresses that he's planning on giving away. Here's a screenshot of all of the headdresses from his video: Potentially the most interesting thing about 'em is that they're nonmember items! A few of them seem pretty similar to in-game member headdresses, except that they have dark grey bands. If these are items that AJ intends to bring into the game, though, I'm kinda miffed that they'd stop releasing headdresses out of respect for Indigenous peoples, only to do this. Today's RIM - Rare Maple Leaf Glasses

'Sup, it's me again. Gonna make this post short and sweet since I've got a lab report to finish up. Today's RIM is Rare Maple Leaf Glasses! They cost 925 gems and can be found on the sixth page of Jam Mart Clothing. Gotta say, these look pretty snazzy, although that might just be my inner Canadian talking. The brown-and-gold colour scheme is a nice change from the weird clashing colour palettes that Rare Item Mondays usually have. Might make a new look for one of my animals with these.
